磨盖板机中的盖板传动装置由一个曲柄滑块机构和两个转动导杆机构等组合而成。研究表明,转动导杆机构与曲柄滑块机构的组合可与正弦机构在运动学上接近等价;而这套机构与另一个转动导杆机构的组合,可使从动件在工作行程内作近似的等速运动。为了实现这个要求,文中对上述各个机构的尺寸参数、转速比及相对位置作了规定。作者还导出了盖板速度的计算公式,同时对以往某些类似的公式提出商榷。在上述研究成果的基础上,作者对现有磨盖板机中的连杆机构的尺寸参数进行分析,找出其中不合理的部分,从而提出了改进方案。
