1984-1989年连续6年以Griffing方法Ⅰ或方法Ⅱ双列交配设计抽样估计当时已有高赖氨酸玉米(opaque-2玉米,简称02玉米)自交系及其杂种F_1总体23性状的遗传变异系数和配合力方差。结果表明:其自交系总体在大多数性状上存在丰富的遗传变异,有继续改良利用的潜力。现已育成的高代优良自交系群体中产量及穗部性状的遗传方差主要表现为特殊配合力方差,品质性状则主要表现为一般配合力方差,但特殊配合力方差也很重要。尚未经过配合力选择的早代自交系材料主要性状的一般配合力方差大于已育成优良自交系群体的估计值。各性状的配合力年份间表现相对稳定。本文还简要讨论了配合力方差与遗传方差的关系,并提出了我国o2玉米育种策略的初步设想。
1984-1989 for six consecutive years Griffing Method I or Method II double crosses design sampling was estimated that there was already high lysine (opaque-2 corn, referred to as 02 maize) inbred lines and hybrids F1 genetic traits 23 Coefficient of variation and variance of combining ability. The results showed that there were abundant genetic variations in most traits of inbred lines and the potential for continuous improvement and utilization. The genetic variances of yield and panicle traits of high-quality elite inbred lines of population were mainly manifested as the special combining ability variance. The quality traits mainly showed the general combining ability variance, but the special combining ability variance was also very important. The general combining ability variance of the main characters of the early-generation inbred lines that had not been selected by combining ability was greater than the estimated value of the already-bred elite inbred lines. The performance of the combining ability of all traits was relatively stable during the year. The paper also briefly discussed the relationship between variance of combining ability and genetic variance, and put forward the tentative plan of o2 maize breeding strategy in our country.
