国家林业局日前下发通知,要求29个试点省(区)尽快启动2011年中央财政造林补贴试点省级验收工作。省级验收工作须在2013年7月31日前完成,验收完成后,国家林业局将组织开展核查,并根据核查结果对试点省(区)实行绩效考核。《通知》说,试点省(区)根据财政部、国家林业局的统一部署,精心组织,狠抓落实,努力做好造林补贴试
The State Forestry Administration recently issued a circular calling on 29 pilot provinces (autonomous regions) to start the provincial inspection of the pilot subsidies for afforestation by the central government in 2011 as soon as possible. Provincial acceptance must be completed before July 31, 2013. Upon completion of the inspection, the State Forestry Administration will organize the verification and conduct the performance assessment of the pilot provinces (districts) based on the verification results.
