知识产权与竞争法的协调不仅是市场经济发达国家公共政策长期关注的核心,同时也是发展中国家或经济转型国家亟待解决的难题。新加坡2007年颁布的CCs指南《知识产权的对待》是发展中国家对两者进行协调平衡的有益尝试。该指南在借鉴国外经验的基础之上又结合了本国实际,既与国际最佳实践做法保持了一致,又充分考虑到了自身的特色,可以为我国即将制定的知识产权反垄断执法指南提供有益的借鉴。
The coordination of intellectual property and competition law is not only the core of the long-term public policy of the developed countries in the market economy, but also an urgent problem to be solved in the developing countries or countries with economies in transition.
