篮球运动是一项综合性的激烈对抗的体育活动。随着现代篮球运动技术、战术的迅速发展,比赛的速度越来越快,攻守对抗越来越激烈,这就要求篮球运动员必须具有相适应的良好的身体素质。因此,发展篮球运动员的身体素质,已成了提高篮球运动水平的不容忽视的重要问题。 在篮球运动训练中,要想收到事半功倍的效果,必须认真分析篮球运动的供能特点,从纷繁复杂的方法与手段中择取合篮球运动自身规律的方法与手段,合理安排方能取得预期效果。本文根据现代篮球运动的特点,运用生化的原理,结合十多年来学校训练工作的教学经验,论述篮球运动供能特点,为篮球训练提供科学依据。
Basketball is a comprehensive, intensely competitive sport. With the rapid development of modern basketball technology and tactics, the competition is getting faster and faster, and the offensive and defensive confrontation is more and more intense. This requires that the basketball player must have a good physical fitness that suits him. Therefore, the development of the physical quality of basketball players has become an important issue that can not be ignored in raising the level of basketball. In basketball training, in order to receive more effective results, we must carefully analyze the characteristics of basketball power supply, from the complicated methods and methods to choose their own basketball methods and means of cooperation, reasonable arrangements can be expected effect. Based on the characteristics of modern basketball and the principle of biochemistry, combined with the teaching experience of more than a decade of school training, this paper discusses the characteristics of basketball energy supply and provides a scientific basis for basketball training.
