蔬菜价格保险在保障蔬菜市场供给上发挥了重要作用。成都市实施蔬菜价格保险试点取得了积极进展,一定程度上保障了本地区蔬菜供应,促进了市场平稳运行,同时也为菜农收入稳定增长发挥了积极作用。文章详细介绍了成都市蔬菜价格保险实践情况及取得的成效,分析了运行中存在的问题,提出了完善财政投入机制、优化保险制度设置、健全价格形成机制和加强宣传引导等政策建议,以期为蔬菜价格保险制度创新提供参考和借鉴。
