近年来,随着现代教育的改革和对非智力因素的认识,情绪在教学中的地位与作用日益受到重视。教育学家赞可夫指示:“扎实地掌握知识,与其说是靠多次的反复,不如说是靠理解,靠内部的诱因,靠学生情绪状态而达到的。”他还认为:教学法一旦触及学生的情绪和意志的领域,触及学生的精神需要,这种教学就能发挥高度有效的作用。体育教学离不开情绪,情绪伴随着体育教学的整个过程,同时它又反过来影响体育教学活动,因此我们必须重视情绪对体育教学的影响。
