简要介绍了原子探针,特别是三维原子探针(3 D A P) 的最新发展及其特点.3 D A P 在探测到单个原子位置的同时能鉴别其种类,因而几乎能以原子分辨力显示出材料中大部分原子在实空间中的三维分布.文章举例说明了常规 A P 和3 D A P 在研究金属内界面中的应用
The latest development and characteristics of atomic probes, especially three-dimensional atom probe (3 D A P) are briefly introduced. 3 D A P can detect the position of a single atom at the same time can identify the type, so that almost the atomic resolution shows most of the atoms in the material in the real space three-dimensional distribution. The article illustrates the use of conventional APs and 3DAPs in the study of metal interfacial surfaces
