本文报告我院自1980～1983年收治急性心肌梗塞341例中6例合并室间隔穿孔(右心微导管证实),并结合文献,对室间隔穿孔,乳头肌断裂及乳头肌功能不全之鉴别诊断进行讨论。
This article reports from our hospital from 1980 to 1983 admitted to 341 cases of acute myocardial infarction in 6 cases with ventricular septal perforation (right heart microcatheter confirmed), and the literature, the diagnosis of ventricular septal perforation, papillary muscle breakage and papillary muscle dysfunction, the differential diagnosis have a discussion.
