科学的财务预算管理既有利于单位资源的有效配置,又有助于对相关责任人进行业绩评价,同时也是检验现代组织财务管理科学化、规范化的标志之一。随着我国医疗卫生改革的进一步深入,如何实行科学的财务预算管理,提高相关资源的利用率,从而实现经济效益和社会效益的最大化,成为当前我国疾病预防控制中心面临的一个重要任务。文章就当前我国疾病预防控制中心财务预算管理中存在的问题及原因进行浅析,并据此提出强化财务预算管理的具体对策。
Scientific financial budget management not only helps the effective allocation of unit resources, but also helps to evaluate the performance of relevant responsible persons. It is also one of the hallmarks of testing the scientific and standardized financial management of modern organizations. With the further reform of medical and health care system in our country, how to implement scientific financial budget management and improve the utilization rate of related resources so as to maximize economic and social benefits has become an important task facing our country’s CDC. The article analyzes the existing problems and reasons in the financial budget management of China’s CDC, and puts forward specific measures to strengthen the financial budget management accordingly.
