●股份合作制不是随意可戴的“帽子” 刘国光最近指出,不能什么企业都安上股份合作制的“帽子”,要对股份合作制进行规范。刘国光认为,股份合作制有其特定的含义,主要是本企业职工劳动的联合,加上本企业职工资本的联合而形成的,符合这一条才能称其为股份合作制。在股份合作制企业,所有职工都认购一定数量的股份,而且股份大体相近不能相差太多;职工都具有双重身份,既是劳动者,又是股东,这样,劳动合作与资本合作就有机地结合在一起了。当然,这一特定含义也不是绝对的。一些名实不符的“股份合作”企业,应当实事求是地把它们叫做私营企业、合伙企业,或国家、法人、个人的股份制企业等等。
