目的:观察布地奈德联合孟鲁司特钠治疗小儿咳嗽变异性哮喘的临床疗效。方法:随机将我院2016年1月~2017年1月收治的70例咳嗽变异性哮喘患儿分为两组,每组35例。对照组雾化吸入布地奈德治疗,观察组在对照组的基础上给予孟鲁司特钠治疗。比较两组临床疗效。结果:治疗后,观察组总有效率、肺功能指标等均显著优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:布地奈德联合孟鲁司特钠治疗小儿咳嗽变异性哮喘效果显著,可有效改善患儿肺功能,值得临床中推广应用。
Objective: To observe the clinical efficacy of budesonide combined with montelukast sodium in the treatment of children with cough variant asthma. Methods: A total of 70 children with cough variant asthma admitted to our hospital from January 2016 to January 2017 were randomly divided into two groups (n = 35 in each group). The control group inhaled budesonide inhalation, the observation group was given montelukast sodium on the basis of the control group. The clinical efficacy of the two groups were compared. Results: After treatment, the total effective rate and pulmonary function indexes in the observation group were significantly better than those in the control group (P <0.05). Conclusion: Budesonide combined with montelukast sodium in children with cough variant asthma significant effect, can effectively improve children’s lung function, it is worth promoting the clinical application.
