环已酮的制备方法,在有机化学实验教科书中,一般都是采用在酸性介质中用重铬酸钾或重铬酸钠氧化环已醇制备。该法缺点较多,除Cr~(6+)污染环境外,尚需乙醚萃取,药品较贵,操作繁琐。在参考国外有关文献资料的启发下,改用漂白粉代替重铬酸盐作氧化剂合成环已酮,并删去乙醚萃取这一步。实验结果表明,效果较好。实验过程中采用四因素三水平的正交试验方法,对乙酸、漂白粉的用量、反应温度,反应时间等因素对合成环已酮的影响进行了探讨,找出了最佳反应条件及影响反应的主要因素。环已酮的得率在65~70%左右,沸程、折光率及红外
Cyclohexanone preparation methods, in organic chemistry textbooks, are generally used in acidic medium with potassium dichromate or sodium dichromate oxidation cyclohexanol preparation.
