目的探讨五味子及复方中药对实验性慢性心理应激下水上漂浮并高强度运动大鼠白细胞介素-1(IL-1)、白细胞介素-2(IL-2)、白细胞介素-6(IL-6)影响。方法将6周龄的SD雄性大鼠随机分为静息对照组(A组)、训练对照组(B组)、五味子组(C组)和复方五味子组(D组),每组10只。A组不接受任何刺激,在生理盐水灌胃1周后即进行取样。B、C、D组大鼠经过10 d递增负荷跑台训练,分别用生理盐水,五味子及复方中药灌胃1周后,进行模拟航渡及高强度运动,结束即刻取血,使用放免法测定IL-1、IL-2和IL-6。结果与A组相比,B组IL-1、IL-2水平有升高的趋势,IL-6水平有降低的趋势;与B组相比,C组IL-1、IL-2水平显著降低(P<0.05),IL-6水平变化不显著,D组IL-1、IL-2、IL-6水平均显著降低(P<0.05)。结论负性心理应激及大强度的运动训练使大鼠免疫功能紊乱,五味子及其复方制剂对免疫功能具有一定的调控作用,可增强大鼠的抗应激能力。
Objective To investigate the effects of Schisandra chinensis and compound Chinese herbs on interleukin-1 (IL-1), interleukin-2 (IL-2), interleukin-6 IL-6) effect. Methods Six-week-old SD male rats were randomly divided into resting control group (group A), training control group (group B), schisandra (group C) and compound schisandra (group D), with 10 rats in each group. A group did not receive any stimulation, in saline 1 week after sampling. Rats in groups B, C and D were subjected to 10-day incremental treadmill training. Rats were anesthetized with normal saline, Schisandrae chinensis and compound Chinese herbs respectively for one week. After simulated flight and high-intensity exercise, blood samples were immediately taken out and radioimmunoassay IL-1, IL-2 and IL-6. Results Compared with group A, the levels of IL-1 and IL-2 in group B tended to increase, while the level of IL-6 tended to decrease. Compared with group B, the levels of IL-1 and IL-2 in group C were significantly decreased (P <0.05). The level of IL-6 was not significantly changed. The levels of IL-1, IL-2 and IL-6 in D group were significantly decreased (P <0.05). Conclusion Negative psychological stress and high intensity exercise training can make immune function disorder in rats. Schisandra chinensis and its compound prescription can regulate immune function and enhance anti-stress ability in rats.
