1 存在问题1.1 某些主管部门重视程度不够 在以经济效益为主的市场经济时期,医院感染控制从表面上看是只付出不产出的工作,而没有意识到其社会效益和经济效益是密切相关的,而医院消毒是控制院内感染发生的重要环节之一,一些部门对院感控制工作的长期性、科学性和艰巨性认识不足,因而忽视医院消毒工作,不积极执行各种消毒隔离制度,不协调有关控制院感工作的各个部门,使工作难以开展。
