目的检测STAT3在胃癌组织中的表达,探讨其与临床病理参数间的关系。方法应用组织芯片及免疫组织化学技术检测89例胃癌组织中STAT3表达情况。结果 STAT3在胃癌和正常胃粘膜组织中的表达阳性率分别为68.5%和15.0%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。STAT3表达阳性率与组织学分级、TNM分期及淋巴结转移相关(P<0.05)。结论 STAT3在胃癌中过度表达,并且与胃癌的组织学分级、TNM分期及淋巴结转移相关,STAT3可能在胃癌发生发展中起重要作用。
Objective To detect the expression of STAT3 in gastric cancer and to explore its relationship with clinical pathological parameters. Methods Tissue microarray and immunohistochemistry were used to detect the expression of STAT3 in 89 cases of gastric cancer. Results The positive rates of STAT3 in gastric cancer and normal gastric mucosa were 68.5% and 15.0%, respectively, with statistical significance (P <0.05). The positive rate of STAT3 expression correlated with histological grade, TNM stage and lymph node metastasis (P <0.05). Conclusions STAT3 is overexpressed in gastric cancer and correlates with histological grade, TNM stage and lymph node metastasis. STAT3 may play an important role in the development of gastric cancer.
