为了解膳食蛋白质和钙不足与地方性氟中毒流行和程度的关系,选择全国三组低、适宜和高饮水氟浓度地区,每组包括营养正常和不足两调查点,进行膳食营养和总摄氟量调查。调查结果表明营养正常地区膳食营养摄入量为蛋白质72.4~109.7g,优质蛋白占总蛋白比为28~29%,热量2649~3917Kal,钙734.1~1009.9mg,其他成份也基本达到供给量标准,总摄氟量1.7~14.8mg,营养不足地区蛋白质57.4~62.3g 优质蛋白占总蛋白1.8~7.4%,热量2097~2414Kal,钙373.8~450.8mg,维生素 A 和 B_2也明显不足,总摄氟量1.2~1 5.3mg。营养正常与不足地区氟斑牙患病率无显著性差异。但高水氟组营养不足地区氟骨症患病率显著高于营养正常地区,说明营养缺乏特别是蛋白质,热量和钙不足加重氟病的流行和程度。
To understand the relationship between dietary protein and calcium deficiency and the prevalence and extent of endemic fluorosis, three groups of low, moderate and high drinking water fluoride concentrations in the whole country were selected. Each group consisted of two points, normal and inadequate nutrition, and dietary nutrition and total fluoride exposure Survey. The results showed that dietary intakes in normal nutrition areas ranged from 72.4 to 109.7g for protein, 28 to 29% for high-quality protein, 2649 to 3917Kal for calories, 734.1 to 1009.9 mg for calcium, and the other components basically met the supply standards. There was no significant difference in the prevalence of dental fluorosis in areas with normal nutrition and inadequate nutrition. However, the prevalence of skeletal fluorosis was significantly higher in under-nutrient-high-fluoride areas than in normal-nutrition areas, indicating that the lack of nutrition, especially protein, increased the prevalence and severity of fluorosis.
