目的:优选颐正活脉浓缩丸打光工艺。方法:选择乙醇体积分数、乙醇用量、基丸装量、糖衣锅转速、活性炭用量、停锅吹干时间等为考察因素,以打光后丸剂水分和外观为指标,采用L8(2)7正交试验优选其打光工艺。结果:优选的打光工艺为250 mL 35%乙醇,基丸装量12 kg/锅,糖衣锅转速35 r.min-1,活性炭用量0.3%,停锅吹干时间30 min。结论:优选的工艺稳定可行,适宜工业化生产。
Objective: To optimize the Zhengzhenghuomai pill pill process. Methods: The volume fraction of ethanol, the amount of ethanol, the amount of base pills, the speed of coating pan, the amount of activated carbon and the drying time of pot were taken as the investigation factors. Pay the test to optimize its lighting process. Results: The optimal lighting technology was 250 mL 35% ethanol, base pill loading 12 kg / pot, sugar pan speed 35 r.min-1, amount of active carbon 0.3%, pot drying time 30 min. Conclusion: The preferred process is stable and feasible, suitable for industrial production.
