随着单位内部分工越来越明确和细致,办公室档案管理工作变得越来越重要,改进办公室档案管理工作能促进提高单位整体工作效率。本文针对办公室档案管理工作问题,提出增强办公室档案意识、完善档案日常管理制度,加强办公室档案收集、提高档案人员素质水平,推进档案数字化进程、加快实现信息资源共享等改进策略,希望能为办公室档案管理工作的改进实践提供参考。
As the division of labor within an organization becomes more and more clear and detailed, the management of office records becomes more and more important. Improving the management of office records can promote the improvement of overall work efficiency. In this paper, aiming at the problems of office file management, this paper proposes some strategies to enhance the awareness of office files, improve the daily management of files, strengthen the collection of office files, improve the quality of archivists, advance the digitization of files and speed up the sharing of information resources.
