6月19日,省卫生厅副厅长包文辉在全省医疗保险制度改革座谈会上说,国务院和省政府关于建立城镇职工医疗保险制度的决定下达后,我省各级卫生行政部门本着积极参与、主动配合、尽快适应的原则,做了大量工作。一是把配合医改搞好城镇医药卫生体制改革做为一个时期卫生工作的主要内容,列入了重要议事日程。去年的全省卫生工作会议上,我们就提出了配合医改,搞好医院配套改革的任务。在今年的全省卫生工作会议上,对实行医药分开核算、分别管理制度,改革医疗卫生机构内部运行机构,发展社区卫生服务,建立医疗服务新体系,理顺医疗服务价格体系,探索建立医疗机构分类管理制度等工作,进行了重点部署。各地积极推进相关卫生改革,为建立城镇职工医疗保险制度奠定了良好基础。二是适应医
