目的研究齿叶白鹃梅Exochorda serratifolia叶的化学成分。方法采用硅胶柱色谱和Sephadex LH-20柱色谱进行分离纯化,根据光谱数据和理化性质确定各化合物的结构。结果分离并鉴定了11个化合物,分别为胡萝卜苷(1)、熊果酸(2)、紫丁香苷(3)、芹菜素-7-O-β-D-葡萄糖苷(4)、槲皮素-3-O-β-D-葡萄糖苷(5)、芹菜素-7-O-β-D-新橙皮糖苷(6)、木犀草素-7-O-β-D-新橙皮糖苷(7)、槲皮素-3-O-β-D-半乳糖-7-O-β-D-葡萄糖苷(8)、芦丁(9)、咖啡酸(10)、槲皮素-3-O-β-D-新橙皮糖苷(11)。结论化合物3、7~11为首次从该植物中分离得到。
Objective To study the chemical constituents of leaves of Exochorda serratifolia. Methods The compounds were isolated by silica gel column chromatography and Sephadex LH-20 column chromatography. The structures of the compounds were determined by spectral data and physico-chemical properties. Results Eleven compounds were isolated and identified as daucosterol (1), ursolic acid (2), syringin (3), apigenin-7-O-β-D-glucoside 3-O-β-D-glucoside (5), apigenin-7-O-β-D-neohesperidine (6), luteolin-7-O-β- (8), rutin (9), caffeic acid (10), quercetin-3-O-β-D-galactose- 3-O-β-D-neohesperidin (11). Conclusion Compounds 3 and 7 ~ 11 were isolated from this plant for the first time.
