本文利用实测资料,分析了清水沟流路自1976年改道以来的水沙特点、演变规律以及河口淤积延伸的特点。1996年清8人工出汊工程实施后,在减轻河口地区防洪压力和淤海造陆变海上石油开采为陆上开采方面取得了很好的效益。同时对入海流路规划改走北汉的海域条件和改走北汊的行水年限进行了分析和详细计算。通过分析认为:只要辅以必要的治理措施,清水沟流路还有一定的行河潜力,预计改走北汉后,可行水15年左右。
Based on the measured data, this paper analyzes the characteristics of water and sediment and its evolution in Qingshuigou Channel since it was rerouted in 1976 and the characteristics of siltation and extension in the estuary. After the implementation of the Qing 8 Artificial Outreach Project in 1996, great benefits have been achieved in mitigating the flood control pressure in the estuary area and changing the offshore oil recovery from siltation to land exploitation onshore. At the same time, it analyzed and calculated in detail the navigational conditions of the flow-path planning of the sea entering the North Sea and the changing of the water-carrying period of Beibei. According to the analysis, as long as the necessary control measures are supplemented, there is a certain potential for the river to flow along the channel of Qingshuigou.
