一、前言为使直线齿环面蜗杆传动获得优良的啮合性能,必须对蜗杆进行修形。实践证明当虹杆的修形曲线满足如下方程时,啮合性能为佳: (1) 式中:ψ—从蜗杆中平面算起的角座标,入口一侧取负,出口一侧取正(弧度); α_p—蜗杆包容蜗轮齿的角度之半(弧度); A—蜗轮副的设计中心距(毫米); i—蜗轮副的设计传动比; a(ψ)—任意ψ位置的修形量(毫米)。 (1)式称为全修形方程,精确地按方程(1)进行的修形称为全修形。全修形需用数控机床,或在普通机床中增加专门机构。前者一般厂家不易具备条件;后者则导致机床刚性减小,降低了机床乃至修形的精度,且使精加工蜗杆时圆周进给发生困难。故实际生产中多采用变参数修形,即通过改变机床加工蜗杆时的
