1953年Irvine首次记载了在白内障摘出术后因玻璃体变化而出现黄斑部囊样水肿。1966年Gass—Norton对于白内障术后黄斑部囊样水肿病理、临床和荧光血管造影的表现进一步加以分析。故亦称为Irvine—Gass综合征。黄斑部囊样水肿对视力的影响被人们越来越重视。我科1974年至1980年所做的老年性白内障手术中,我们随访了48例术后发生的并发症者,其中12例发生了黄斑部囊样变性,现将结果分析如下。
1953 Irvine first recorded in the cataract extraction due to vitreous changes appear macular cyst edema. In 1966, Gass-Norton further analyzed the pathologic, clinical, and fluorescein angiographic findings of macular cystic edema following cataract surgery. It is also known as Irvine-Gass syndrome. The effect of macular cystoid edema on visual acuity is paid more and more attention. In our department of senile cataract surgery from 1974 to 1980, we followed up 48 cases of postoperative complications, including 12 cases of macular degeneration, the results are as follows.
