本文对船舶单层围护结构的传统隔声计算方法提出异议,对尚未妥善解决的问题进行了探讨。用1~8mm厚的钢板对45台不同类型的船用柴油机作了隔声量计算,统计分析了不同的噪声源频谱特性对隔声效果的影响,回归出有吻合效应及无吻合效应场合计算构件隔声最的实用公式(单值表示)。大量计算表明:文献[1]、[2]的计算公式及TL500值在工程设计上的计算误差较大。计算亦表明:本文提出的计算公式对铝板、胶合板和玻璃等船用材料亦是适用的。文章最后举以实例说明公式的应用。
This paper disagrees with the traditional method of sound insulation calculation for the single-story envelopment of ships and probes into the problems that have not been properly solved.
