目的:冠心病中小型冠心病肝细胞缺血临床疗效分析.方法:66例入院患者入院患者随机分为参考组(硝苯地平治疗),实验组(美托洛尔处理).观察,比较两组的疗效.结果:实验组的总效率较高,无症状心肌缺血的数量,持续时间较少,ST段部分的数量较小,持续时间较短,减少较小,P0.05不具有差异性.结论:予以老年冠心病无症状心肌缺血患者美托洛尔治疗效果颇佳,且安全性较高,值得推广、借鉴.
