[Objective] To prepare and purify the conversion product of ginsenoside [Method] The ginsenoside was transformed by high-voltage electric field,and the conversion product was purified by resins of HPD100,HPD200A,HPD200B,HPD300,D101 and AB-8 respectively,and determined by RP-HPLC.[Result] The yield rate of ginsenoside Rg2 reached as high as 90% under the appropriate high voltage electric field conditions;AB-8 resin was endowed with the best purification effect,with which,the purity of Rg2 was above 70%.[Conclusion]The highly purified ginsenoside Rg2 was obtained in this study,which would provide evidence for the industrialized production of ginsenoside Rg2.
