目的观察CRP、T淋巴细胞亚群和D-二聚体(DD)的水平变化,探讨在糖尿病肾病诊断与治疗中的作用。方法按照Mogensen的DN分型标准对SDM组、EDN组、CDN组和对照组在24h尿白蛋白排泄率(urinary albumin excretion rate,UAER)、CRP、T淋巴细胞亚群、DD上进行结果对照。结果 EDN组和CDN组在CRP、T淋巴细胞(CD3+、CD4+、CD8+)和DD上与SDM组和对照组比较,差异有统计学意义(P﹤0.05);EDN组和CDN组在CRP、T淋巴细胞(CD3+、CD4+、CD8+)和DD上比较,差异有统计学意义(P﹤0.05)。结论联合检测血CRP、T淋巴细胞亚群和D-二聚体对糖尿病肾病早期诊断及治疗有一定意义。
Objective To observe the changes of CRP, T lymphocyte subsets and D-dimer (DD) in diabetic nephropathy, and to explore its role in the diagnosis and treatment of diabetic nephropathy. Methods Urine albumin excretion rate (UAER), CRP, T lymphocyte subsets and DD were compared between SDM group, EDN group, CDN group and control group according to Mogensen’s DN classification criteria. Results Compared with SDM group and control group, the levels of CRP, T lymphocyte (CD3 +, CD4 +, CD8 +) and DD in EDN group and CDN group were significantly different (P <0.05) There were significant differences between lymphocytes (CD3 +, CD4 +, CD8 +) and DD (P <0.05). Conclusion The combined detection of blood CRP, T lymphocyte subsets and D-dimer is of certain significance in the early diagnosis and treatment of diabetic nephropathy.
