为配合我国电动车辆产品的发展,充分发挥各科研、生产、使用和监督检验等方面专家的作用,更好地开展电动车辆标准化工作,经国家技术监督局批准,特在全国汽车标准化技术委员会下增设电动车辆分技术委员会。委员会主要负责电动车辆标准化方面的技术归口工作。委员会设主任委员、副主任委员和秘书长各1名,委员共24人,秘书处设在中国汽车技术研究中心标准化所。委员会的工作任务是负责组织制定电动车辆
