目的通过对一起由克百威引起的急性中毒事件调查分析,为以后类似事件调查处置提供参考。方法采用现场流行病学调查、动物试验及实验室检测相结合的方法。结果共同进餐的6人中,5人发病,2人死亡;现场动物试验喂食馒头的鸭子当场死亡,喂食其它食物的鸭子未出现症状;实验室在所采集样本馒头中检出克百威,确认该事件为一起由克百威污染食物而引起的急性中毒事件。结论医疗机构对救治认识还不足,在抢救中要注意与有机磷类中毒事件区别,以免耽误救治;同时需加强农药的监督管理,正确使用农药,避免儿童、精神异常者接触,以确保人民安全。
Objective To investigate and analyze the acute poisoning incidents caused by carbofuran to provide reference for investigation and disposal of similar incidents in the future. Methods Methods of field epidemiological investigation, animal experiments and laboratory tests were used. Results Among the 6 co-meal meals, 5 were affected and 2 died. On the spot, ducks fed steamed bread died on the spot and no ducks fed other foods showed symptoms. The laboratory detected carbofuran in the collected samples and confirmed that The incident was an acute poisoning incident caused by contamination with carbofuran. Conclusion Medical institutions are not enough understanding of treatment and treatment, salvage should pay attention to the difference with the organophosphate poisoning, so as not to delay the treatment; the same time need to strengthen the supervision and management of pesticides, the proper use of pesticides to prevent children, abnormal mental contact to ensure people’s safety .
