日前,山东省质量技术监督局和山东省公安消防总队联合召开新闻发布会宣布,由山东公安消防总队创建的“365消防服务”项目入选2008年“山东省服务名牌”。据悉,这是近年来该省惟一被评为“山东省服务名牌”的省级行政服务项目。目前,“365消防服务”在山东已成为一个知名度高、美誉度好的服务品牌。去年,社会单位和群众对消防执法服务的满意率在95%以上。全省消防部队共有12个支队被当地政府荣记集体二等
