目的 了解心理卫生教育对中小学生心身健康的影响。 方法 以学校心理卫生教育干预形式 ,结合家庭干预 ,对小学四年级一个班 5 2名学生和初中一个班 5 0名学生进行一个学期 16课时的心理教育和四个学时的家长公开课相结合。以 5 3名同校四年级和 5 1名同校初二另二个班学生为对照 ,用SCL --90分别进行测查。 结果 心身健康水平有显著提高 ,其中强迫、人际敏感、焦虑、精神病性四项心理指标的提高较为显著 ,男女生干预前后在某些指标上的变化却有差异。本实验对有轻微心理症状学生的心身健康水平的改善最为明显 ,而对存在明显心理障碍学生的心身健康水平的改善不明显。 结论 心理干预能够减少或消除不良因素 ,预防心理疾病的发生 ,提高中小学生的心身健康水平。
Objective To understand the impact of mental health education on the mental and physical health of primary and secondary school students. Methods Based on the mental health education intervention in school and the family intervention, psychological education of 16 classes a semester and 40 hours of open parental classes were combined with 52 students in the fourth grade of primary school and 50 students in the junior middle school. A total of 53 third-year students and 51 second-year students of the same school were enrolled in this study. SCL-90 was used to test them separately. Results The mental and physical health levels improved significantly. Among them, the four psychological indicators such as coercion, interpersonal sensitivity, anxiety and psychosis were significantly improved. The changes of some indicators before and after the intervention were different between boys and girls. This study showed that the improvement of psychosomatic health of students with mild psychological symptoms was the most obvious, while the improvement of mental and physical health of students with obvious mental disorders was not obvious. Conclusions Psychological intervention can reduce or eliminate adverse factors, prevent the occurrence of mental illness and improve the mental and physical health of primary and secondary school students.
