论述了我国开展降低电弧炉炼钢工序能耗研究的必要性。指出降低电耗的根本途径是缩短电炉冶炼周期，提高日利用系数。提出了10项研究内容，建议在电弧炉炼钢厂开展降低冶炼能耗的科技攻关。
The necessity of reducing the energy consumption of electric arc furnace steelmaking process is discussed. It is pointed out that the fundamental way to reduce power consumption is to shorten the EAF cycle and improve the daily utilization factor. Put forward 10 research contents, proposed to reduce the smelting energy consumption in the electric arc furnace steel mill scientific and technological research.
