运用心阻抗二阶微分图分析了9 名体育系女生在心率为130 次·min - 1 时,运动45 min 的 S T I和 D T I的变化趋势.结果表明,运动中 S V、 C O 均有不同程度的升高,这是由于心肌收缩性和舒张期心脏顺应性提高的综合结果;但在运动中 S V、 C O 的变化幅度基本不变,提示这一负荷对经常从事运动的青年人心脏功能的锻炼效果有限
The change trend of S T I and D T I after exercise for 45 min at heart rate of 130 times · min -1 was analyzed using the second order differential graph of heart impedance. The results showed that S V and C O increased in varying degrees during exercise, which was due to the systolic and diastolic cardiac compliance. However, the changes of S V and C O did not change substantially during exercise , Suggesting that this load has limited effect on the heart function of young people who exercise regularly
