为了研究AChE特异性抑制剂BW 2 84C51与细胞凋亡的关系 ,采用人二倍体胚肺细胞株KMB17经无血清培养方法诱导出典型凋亡 ,在无血清培养液中加入 10 μmo/L乙酰胆碱酯酶特异性抑制剂BW2 84C51 结果 :乙酰胆碱酯酶特异性抑制剂BW2 84C51具有抑制无血清诱导的凋亡 ,AChE参与了细胞凋亡的信号传导 ,抑制该酶的活性就能抑制凋亡的发生 结果表明 :AChE在凋亡过程中可能起非常重要的作用 ,参与了凋亡过程中关键凋亡信号的传导
In order to investigate the relationship between AChE specific inhibitor BW 2 84C51 and apoptosis, typical apoptosis was induced by the serum-free culture method using the human diploid embryonic cell line KMB17, and 10 μmol/L acetylcholine was added to the serum-free medium. Esterase-Specific Inhibitor BW2 84C51 Result: The specific acetylcholinesterase inhibitor BW2 84C51 inhibits serum-free apoptosis, and AChE is involved in the signal transduction of apoptosis. Inhibiting the activity of this enzyme can inhibit the occurrence of apoptosis. The results showed that AChE may play a very important role in apoptosis and participate in the conduction of key apoptotic signals during apoptosis.
