开栏的话《关于加强中央企业企业文化建设的指导意见》是国务院国资委成立以来,第一次比较全面、系统地提出加强企业文化建设工作的纲领性文件,也是我国企业文化建设史上,第一份由国务院部委颁发的有关企业文化建设的重要文件,文件从战略高度定位和推动中央企业企业文化建设,引起了中央企业和社会各界的广泛关注,对于引导中央企业高度重视企业文化建设工作,大力加强和推进企业文化建设,将产生重要而深远的影响。为进一步深入学习贯彻国务院国资委《指导意见》精神,本刊特增设了《央企领导谈企业文化》专栏, 将不定期地刊登中央企业负责人谈企业文化建设方面的好思路、好经验、好观点、好建议。望广大中央企业负责人(含二三级机构负责人)踊跃赐稿。
