目的:分析肾上腺皮质激素在呼吸内科的临床应用价值.方法选择60例呼吸科疾病患者作为研究对象,随机分为实验组与对照组.对照组患者行以常规治疗方案;实验组患者在此基础上加用肾上腺皮质激素.结果慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者治疗6个月后临床疗效明显优于治疗前,实验组患者的临床疗效明显优于对照组.结论肾上腺皮质激素应用于呼吸内科的临床治疗,能够有效减少不良反应发生率,提高临床疗效. “,”Objective To analyze the clinical value of adrenal cortical hormone in respiratory medicine. Methods 60 patients with respiratory diseases as the research object,were randomly divided into experimental group and control group.Control group patients with conventional treatment;On the basis of the experimental group patients with adrenal cortical hormone. Results After 6 months treatment of patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease clinical curative effect is better than before the treatment,the clinical curative effect of the experimental group patients is better than the control group. Conclusion Adrenal cortical hormone is applied in clinical treatment of respiratory medicine,can effectively reduce the incidence of adverse reaction,improve the clinical curative effect.
