对高炉中硅的还原和控制进行了实验研究,找出了主要影响因素。对杭钢3号高炉低硅生铁的冶炼特点作了分析,结果表明,提高炉渣三元碱度与降低焦比是该厂高炉降硅的主要工艺因素之一。这一结论与实验研究的结果及另两例国外高炉的实践相吻合。
The reduction and control of silicon in the blast furnace were studied experimentally, and the main influencing factors were found out. The characteristics of smelting of low silicon pig iron in Hangzhou Iron and Steel No.3 blast furnace were analyzed. The results show that raising the ternary alkalinity of slag and reducing the coke ratio are one of the main process factors for reducing the silicon in the blast furnace. This conclusion is consistent with the results of the experimental study and the practice of two other overseas blast furnaces.
