二十多年来,我采用外观、水溶、火烧、口尝等经验鉴别法检验过不少熊胆。现谈谈我在这方面的一些做法和体会: 1.外观(1)检查胆囊形状及囊皮质地有无异常;(2)检查胆囊扎口处是否正常;(3)检查每只熊胆的胆仁含量是否合理,过于饱满者,每为伪品;(4)检查每只熊胆的重量是否适当,过于沉重者,每掺有铅或铁砂等重物。2.水溶取熊胆仁一粒置于玻璃杯内的清水面,则有一条黄线下垂而不扩散,但猪、牛、羊胆的胆仁也不同程度地有这种反映。这就要将熊胆一粒放入盛满清水的玻璃杯内静置24小时后观察,如全部溶解,放出黄色色素
For more than two decades, I have tested many bile gallbladders using experience, water solubility, fire, and taste. Now talk about some of my practices and experiences in this area: 1. This is to put a bear bile in a glass filled with water and stand for 24 hours to observe. If it is completely dissolved, the yellow pigment will be released.
