为研究不同剂量A型肉毒毒素 (BTX A)治疗小儿脑性瘫痪痉挛性下肢瘫的效果 ,将痉挛型下肢瘫患儿1 2 0例均分为 3组 ,均采用国产BTX A进行痉挛肌肉局部注射 ,用量 :1组 1U/kg ;2组 2U/kg ;3组 3U/kg。应用PRS法 ,评价治疗前、治疗后 2周各组间的疗效差异 ;随访 1、2、3、6个月的疗效。结果 :治疗后较治疗前各项PRS指标明显改善 ,较大剂量组比较小剂量组疗效明显 (P <0 .0 1 )。治疗中及治疗后无 1例发生不良反应。结果提示 :治疗小儿脑性瘫痪 ,适当增加BTX A剂量 (≤ 6U/kg)比较安全 ,且可取得更好疗效
To study the effect of different doses of botulinum toxin type A (BTX A) on the treatment of spastic paraplegia in children with cerebral palsy, 120 children with spastic paraplegia were divided into 3 groups, all of which were treated with domestic BTX A for spastic muscle Local injection, dosage: 1 group 1U / kg; 2 groups 2U / kg; 3 groups 3U / kg. The PRS method was used to evaluate the difference in efficacy between the two groups before treatment and 2 weeks after treatment. The follow-up was followed up for 1, 2, 3 and 6 months. No adverse reactions occurred in 1 patient during and after treatment. The results suggest that: the treatment of children with cerebral palsy, appropriate increase BTX A dose (≤ 6U / kg) is safe, and can achieve better efficacy
