The launching of mass QC group activities in China is a new method for advocating scientific management since the reform and opening up; it is a new development in which employees of the majority of enterprises and survey and design units exercise the right to become masters and participate in democratic management; it is the inheritance and development of workers. A good form of the fine tradition of “three combinations” among technicians, cadres and cadres. Our QC team activities began in 1989. With the promotion and deepening of the overall quality of the survey and design industry in the province, from scratch, from less to more, from point to surface, from shallow to deep, and gradually consolidate the development process. Seriously adhering to the principle of “mainly based on me, adopting all the best, blending refinement and self-contained,” we have continuously explored and continuously summarized, and gradually formed suitable for me.
