14例白血病人先后34人次做外周血细胞化学观察。内容包括苹果酸脱氢酶(MDH),乳酸脱氢酶(LDH),葡萄糖-6-磷酸脱氢酶(G-6-PD),二磷酸核苷菸酰胺脱氢酶(NADH),三磷酸核苷菸酰胺脱氢酶(NADPH),谷氨酸脱氢酶(GDH),丙氨酸脱氢酶(ADH),组氨酸脱氨酶(HDH)等8种。对每种酶的反应均作半定量积分处理。同时应用全自动扫描显微分光光度计进行光密度扫描求得每种酶在每个细胞的每平方微米面积上的反应强度。结果见(附表):
14 cases of leukemia patients have done 34 times peripheral blood cytochemistry. Topics include MDH, LDH, G-6-PD, NADH, triphosphate NADPH, GDH, ADH and HDH. For each enzyme reaction were semi-quantitative integration. At the same time, the intensity of reaction per square micron area per cell of each enzyme was determined by scanning optical densitometry using a fully automated scanning microphotometer.
