目的探讨社区团队模式对社区老年人生活质量的影响。方法 2012年5月随机选取深圳市某社区卫生服务中心所管辖服务社区的老年人300人,随机分为对照组和干预组各150人。对照组给予常规社区服务;干预组给予社区团队模式管理模式干预,服务时间为2年。干预前后采用《健康相关生命质量》评估表进行相关生活质量评估。计量资料比较采用t检验,P<0.05为差异有统计学意义。结果实施干预后干预组躯体功能、躯体角色、身体疼痛、总体健康、生命力、社会功能、情感职能、精神健康和健康变化[(86±11)、(94±12)、(85±10)、(76±11)、(81±17)、(72±12)、(64±9)、(94±14)、(76±12)分]与对照组比较差异均有统计学意义(均P>0.05)。结论基于社区团队对社区老年人管理模式有助于改善社区老年人健康状况,值得在社区卫生服务机构中推广。
Objective To explore the influence of community team model on the quality of life of community elders. Methods In May 2012, 300 randomly selected elderly people in a community service community under the control of a community health service center in Shenzhen were randomly divided into control group and intervention group of 150 each. The control group was given routine community service. The intervention group interfered with the mode of community team management. The service time was 2 years. The relevant quality of life assessment was conducted using the “Health-Related Quality of Life” assessment form before and after intervention. Measurement data were compared using t test, P <0.05 for the difference was statistically significant. Results After intervention, physical function, body function, body pain, general health, vitality, social function, emotional function, mental health and health changes in the intervention group were significantly higher than those in the intervention group [(86 ± 11), (94 ± 12), (85 ± 10) (76 ± 11), (81 ± 17), (72 ± 12), (64 ± 9), (94 ± 14), (76 ± 12) points compared with the control group, respectively > 0.05). Conclusion Based on community-based management of community elders can help improve the health status of the elderly in the community, it is worth to be promoted in community health service agencies.
