以水杨醛和取代苯胺为原料,在无溶剂条件下合成了一系列Schiff碱,该方法不仅收率高(82%~95%),而且反应时间短,对环境污染少。用1H NMR、13C NMR和IR等对产物结构进行了确证。同时还研究了这类Schiff碱的紫外和荧光性质,化合物均具有较强的荧光发射光谱,发射峰值波长(λem)在470~524 nm。当苯环邻、对位引入供电子基时,发射波长明显红移,而当间位引人供电子基时,发射波长蓝移。苯环上引入吸电子取代基时,发射波长蓝移。
Using salicylaldehyde and substituted aniline as raw materials, a series of Schiff bases were synthesized in the absence of solvent. The method not only yields high yields (82% ~ 95%), but also has short reaction time and less environmental pollution. The structure of the product was confirmed by 1H NMR, 13C NMR and IR. The UV and fluorescence properties of these Schiff bases were also studied. The compounds all have strong fluorescence emission spectrum with the peak emission wavelength (λem) between 470 and 524 nm. When the phenyl ring adjacent to the introduction of electron donor base, the emission wavelength significantly red shift, and when the introduction of space for electron donor base, the emission wavelength blue shift. The introduction of electron-withdrawing substituents on the benzene ring shifts the emission wavelength blue.
