单独招生已成为的当前高职院校重要的招生途径之一,随着学生结构的变化,现有的人才培养模式是否适应这样的变化,学生的学习效果是否能达到社会的需求都值得深入研究。本文从实证角度出发,分析总结了现阶段单独招生学生存在的问题及根源,并试探性给出相应对策,以期为当前高职院校的综合性改革提供参考意见。
One of the important ways to enrolling new students has become one of the important approaches to enrollment in higher vocational colleges. With the change of student structure, whether the current mode of personnel training adapts to such changes and whether the learning outcomes of students meet the needs of society deserve further study . Based on the empirical analysis, this article analyzes and summarizes the existing problems and causes of single admissions students at the present stage, and tentatively gives the corresponding countermeasures in order to provide reference for the comprehensive reform of vocational colleges at present.
