This article examined the autonomic nervous function in patients with congestive cardiomyopathy and compared with the control group. The physiological and pharmacological effects of heart rate and blood pressure were recorded and the plasma norepinephrine concentration was measured at rest and physiologically at the peak. The results show that even in the early stages of the disease (pre-heart failure) sympathetic dysfunction, but the sympathetic activity did not significantly increase this period.
