大胆改良,中式食品异国俏卖今年28岁的黄瀞亿,出生于台湾,五岁时随经商的父亲迁往南非,11岁时全家定居伦敦。13岁时,因为母亲经常出差,她开始为家人做饭,烹饪成为她的爱好。黄瀞亿在学校读书的时候,学校附近餐店里卖的干冷、无味的食物完全无法引起她的食欲,她十分怀念台湾的可口凉面。大学毕业后,黄瀞亿说服了父母,放弃了金融界就业的机会,决定自己创业,她选择的项目就是“凉面”。一开始,外国人并不知道什么是“凉面”,也不易接受这种食品。黄瀞亿就巧妙地把凉面改头换面,变成外国人可以接受和容易理解的“凉面色拉”。
