转化后进生是当今实施素质教育的“重头戏”。从根本上来说,转化后进生就是帮助他们克服自卑,激发其自信心、自尊心。教育工作者要分析后进生的成因,采取有效激励措施,实现根本性转化。一是要对后进生满怀期待和鼓励;二是要尊重后进生;三是要赏识后进生;四是要加强人际交往的指导;五是要注意做好几个结合。
After the transformation, it is the “emphasis” of quality education. Fundamentally speaking, transforming students later is to help them overcome their inferiority and stimulate their self-confidence and self-esteem. Educators need to analyze the causes of backward students and take effective incentive measures to achieve fundamental transformation. First, we must be full of expectation and encouragement for the students in the lower classes; second, we must respect backward students; third, we must appreciate backward students; fourth, we must strengthen the guidance of interpersonal communication; and fifth, we must pay attention to doing a few combinations.
