随着国家对农业发展扶持力度的不断加大,建立并完善农业财政支出绩效评价指标体系就显得尤为重要。本文以农业财政支出绩效评价的内容为切入点,对农业财政支出绩效评价指标体系现状及存在的问题进行了分析,并在此基础上,探究了农业财政支出绩效评价指标体系设计的原则及建立完善指标评价体系的措施,旨在进一步参透参透农业财政支出绩效评价指标体系构建的重要性和有效性,促进农业财政资金使用效益的提高。
