配电能源互联网:从虚拟电厂到虚拟电力系统

随着分布式可再生能源以及储能的快速发展,需求侧管理和虚拟电厂(virtual power plant,VPP)已经成为由智能电网向电力能源互联网迈进的关键因素。该文在全球电力能源互联网(global power & energy internet,GPEI)和配电电力能源互联网(distribution power & energy internet,DPEI)的框架下提出全新的虚拟电力系统(virtual power system,VPS)概念。虚拟电力系统高度集成并利用物联网(internet of things,IoT)和云计算(cloud computing)技术,在进行虚拟电厂聚合与优化时充分考虑本地基础设施的约束与限制。同时,该文对虚拟电力系统与虚拟电厂的异同也做了比较。除此之外,还提出配电电力能源互联网运营商(distribution power & energy internet operator,DEIO)的概念。配电电力能源互联网运营商在虚拟电力系统中主要负责聚合与协调多个虚拟电厂,除了电力配电网以外,还负责区域内的电、气、热网间的协调与整合。“,”With the emerging rapid development of distributed renewable generation & energy storage, demand side management and virtual power plant (VPP) become the critical factors to the fast evolving smart grid transformation towards global power & energy internet (GPEI). In this paper, the novel concept of virtual power system (VPS) was proposed under the framework of GPEI and distribution power & energy internet (DPEI). Highly integrated with and taking advantages from internet of things (IoT) and cloud computing, VPS take constraints from local infrastructures into account when aggregating and optimizing VPPs. Both similarities and differences between VPS and VPP were compared. Besides, the idea of distribution power & energy internet operator (DPEIO) was put forward, which focused on aggregating and coordinating localized VPPs within VPS. Moreover, DPEIO not only manage distribution electricity network, but also coordinate the operation of regional electricity, gas and heat network.
